Robert W. Creed, O.D. Dr. Creed has been a resident of Klamath County since 1961. He attended Chiloquin Schools for 12 years. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and Pacific University College of Optometry, where he received internship training at US Navel Hospital in San Diego and Children's Hospital in San Diego.
