Work Conditioning or Hardening, is a series of conditioning exercises that an injured worker performs in a rehabilitation program. Our Physical Therapists are highly trained in this area. These exercises are designed to stimulate the functional tasks encountered on the job to which the injured individual will eventually return to.

Recovery Zone Physical Therapy Pc
Recovery Zone Physical Therapy opened its doors in August 2001. The owners of Recovery knew there had to be a better way to treat patients. One that was gentle, yet effective. They pursued that goal and succeeded in melding the new techniques and therapies with the traditional techniques. Recovery zone outgrew their first location and moved within the same building on Washburn way to a larger suite a year later. Again they outgrew the space available before their present facility on Eberlein Ave. Our beautiful facility is 8100 sq. ft. which includes a 22’ x 35’ ft. therapeutic pool that is wheelchair accessible. We offer treatment in the openness of the clinic as well as in our 4 private treatment rooms.
